Summary

The Mary Basin water plan was published on 10 May 2024. In September 2024, we made an amendment to this water plan to correct a minor error.

This amendment does not increase costs or regulatory burden on businesses or the community in the plan area. It is not subject to further Regulatory Impact Analysis under the Queensland Government Better Regulation Policy 2023.
