Updates were made to four Accepted Development Requirements (ADR) documents under section 1014(f) of the Water Act 2000.

These documents outline the requirements that must be met for accepted development, which is development that does not require a development permit under the Planning Act 2016.

The following updates were made:

• Moving the documents into new templates to reflect updated branding and departmental names
• Minor amendments to improve clarity and legislative consistency.
